OPTION A: AGREEMENT

Our program is not a policy that applies only to specific bodies or identities. It is a structural redesign of how environments, expectations, and access are experienced

Supporting this system does not change *who is included*, but how inclusion is built.

1. DESIGN SHIFT

Buildings, systems, and institutions must be accessible to all individuals. If accessibility means less stairs and more ramps, escalators, and elevators, the change will be made. This could also impliment itself as smaller changes such as light switches in places of schooling or work being echanged for dimmable ones.

2. SOCIAL NORMALITIES

“Normal” is no longer a fixed standard. Participation is measured by access provided, meaning that every person will get a chance to advance in the social hierchy if they pursue conversation. Individuals who fail to make conversation with members of a margianaized group will be subject to option b.

3. EVERYDAY IMPACT

Non-disabled participants experience a slower life than what they may be used to, with less time constraints, more visible accommodations, and shared infrastructure adjustments. It should be noted that these adjustments can be harmful to the non-disabled and any mental, physical, or financial damage caused will not be accounted for.

4. RESPONSIBILITY MODEL

Responsibility for access is collective. Individuals are no longer expected to “adapt alone” to systems that were not built for them.

5. CORE PRINCIPLES

Our program does not “add accommodations” after design. We are a one-time fix for damages caused by ablism and classism. Do not contact our emergency number for any questions because we do not have one.

In practice, this means all people-- regardless of identity-- participate in a world where access is no longer hidden labor, but birthright infastructure.
